How can I pay for my subscription ?
Payment can be made online by credit/debit card to dizcard Malaysia via Bank Transfer, PayPal or Stripe. You do not need to open a PayPal account to purchase your subscription. Payment this way gives you instant access once the process has completed. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you may email us [email protected] . An invoice will be generated and sent by e-mail to your account address.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription via the subscription page of your account. If you cancel during the subscription period, you will continue to enjoy unlimited access to the our dizcard dashboard until the end of the subscription period. We will not issue a refund. However, the subscription will not renew at the end of the current subscription period and you will not be charged unless you purchase another subscription.
Does the person I am Sharing the Digital Business Card with have to have the App as well?
No. Just ask the other person what their preferences would be for receiving your Digital Business Card from these Sharing options: LinkedIn or Email or QR Code.
